Social responsibility is embedded in the organisation and is recognised as a priority area by the management, staff and the students. Our flag ship project has been the re-building of tsunami devastated C.W.W.Kannangara School. The Gateway family worked together to build a fully fledged modern school within a year after tsunami. Assisting in the infrastructure development and training to neighbourhood schools such as S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike School in Borella, Parakrama Boys Home in Kandana, Colombo Centre for Special Education, etc. are a few of our continuous programmes. Our students have risen to the needs of the needy swiftly - from drought victims of Hambantota to the war victims of Seruwila.
