| Our objective was to take on a school that was anyhow neglected. We obtained the list of tsunami destructed schools from the Ministry of Education on the 30 th of December 2005 . Thereafter, a team from Gateway that included the Directorate and the senior Management visited several affected schools. Our research about schools in Galle as well as the findings we made during our visit provided ample evidence that this school was one of the most deprived ones. |
